Manuscript Specifications

• 12-point Times New Roman
• 1-inch margins
• double-spaced
• numbered pages
• additional information, such as the table of contents, index, number of pages/words
• author contact information

Send your manuscript via CD, email attachment or, if necessary, hard copy. (see About Us for address options)

Hard Copy

• standard white paper
• 8 1/2 inches x 11 inches

Also include:

• a synopsis of the book, five to eight sentences in length
• a bulleted list of short phrases that highlight the main points of the book as you see them
• a description of the target audience and what you hope to offer that audience by publishing the book
• a list of other books that represent competition and an explanation of how your book offers something new, different, and beneficial
• a current bio­, one or two paragraphs detailing what you want the reader to know about you
• nonfiction authors should include education, experience, and/or expertise that qualifies them to write on the subject
